Magnuson IAT Sensor Kit for TVS1900 & TVS2300

The Magnuson IAT sensor kit provides the components needed to replace the internal Intake Air Temperature sensor in compatible Magnuson TVS1900 and TVS2300 superchargers. This complete replacement package includes the sensor, wiring harness, O-rings and grommets required for servicing the IAT sensor assembly.

The Intake Air Temperature sensor monitors the temperature of the air within the supercharger system. This information is supplied to the engine management system to help it properly manage engine operation. A damaged or malfunctioning sensor may require replacement as part of supercharger maintenance or repair.

Complete Replacement Kit

Rather than purchasing the individual service components separately, this kit provides the necessary sensor and related sealing components in one package.

Kit includes:

• IAT sensor
• IAT sensor harness
• Lid-to-tub O-ring
• Bolt O-rings
• Two IAT sensor grommets

The included O-rings and grommets are especially useful when the supercharger is being disassembled for sensor replacement or other service. Installing the appropriate sealing components during reassembly helps ensure the system is properly put back together.

Supercharger Compatibility

This kit is designed for compatible Magnuson TVS1900 and TVS2300 supercharger systems. Applications include select Chevrolet Camaro, Corvette and Silverado, GMC Sierra, Pontiac GTO and Pontiac G8 supercharger systems.

This Magnuson IAT sensor kit is not compatible with Magnuson Heartbeat superchargers.

When to Replace the IAT Sensor

An IAT sensor may need replacement when troubleshooting intake air temperature readings or while servicing a compatible Magnuson supercharger. Because the sensor is located within the supercharger system, this kit also includes the related seals and grommets needed during installation.

Using new sealing components during reassembly can help avoid reusing worn or damaged seals. This makes the kit a convenient option for supercharger maintenance, repair or restoration projects where the original sensor or related components need replacement.
