Magna Charger systems represent a rational approach to modern supercharging. Magna Charger bolt-on supercharger systems utilize Eaton rotating assemblies; Eaton superchargers are featured on original equipment applications such as Mercedes Benz, Jaguar, Ford, General Motors and others.
Magna Charger's primary criteria is to manufacture systems that produce a high specific power output for long-term highway use without engine damage or undue wear. The key feature of every Magna Charger system is the unique internal bypass valve. This virtually eliminates the parasitic pumping loss of the supercharger under part throttle and cruise conditions. For example, an Eaton M90 requires less than 1/3 hp at 60mph cruise.
Every Magna Charger system is 50-state emissions legal, and is California Air Resources Board (CARB) and EPA exempted. Fully guaranteed for years against defects and workmanship, Magna Charger systems are designed to strict OE specifications, and are completely integrated in today's compact engine compartments.
Ease of installation and maintenance is designed into every Magna Charger bolt-on supercharger kit: maintenance is minimal due to integrated lubrication and self-adjusting belt drive system. Every kit is complete, including easy-to-follow illustrated installation manual and all required components; no special tools or fabrication are required.
